How to Reset Your Apple Watch?

There are a few different ways to reset your Apple Watch, depending on whether you have your iPhone with you or not.

How to Reset Apple Watch Using Your iPhone?

  1. Make sure your Apple Watch and iPhone are close together.
  2. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
  3. Tap the My Watch tab.
  4. Tap General > Reset.
  5. Tap Erase Apple Watch Content and Settings.
  6. If you have a GPS + Cellular model, you will be asked if you want to keep or remove your cellular plan. Choose the option that you want.
  7. Tap Erase All Content and Settings to confirm.

This will erase all of your data and settings from your Apple Watch and unpair it from your iPhone. You will then need to set up your Apple Watch again as if it were new.

  5. Wait for the process to finish, then set up your Apple Watch again. When asked, restore from a backup.

Tips
